The Pipeliners Association of Houston Educational Fund (PAH EF) Spring 2025 Golf Tournament Fundraiser sponsored by The Pipeliners Association of Houston (PAH) is April 7th 2025. We invite you to come enjoy a round of golf at the Clubs of Kingwood located at 1700 Lake Kingwood Trail Kingwood, TX 77339.

We are excited to invite you to the upcoming PAH EF 2025 Spring Golf Tournament, scheduled for Monday April 7th 2025.

2025 Spring PAH EF Golf Tournament format: Lake, Island, and Forest will still host the typical scramble style format on these courses followed by the awards and raffle program.  Shotgun will begin at 9:30am on these three courses. 

Deerwood will also be a scramble style format but with a 9:00am shotgun start, followed by the awards and raffle program back at the main club house at Kingwood Country Club.  

REGISTRATION OPENS AT 9AM CST ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 4th FOR THE 2025 PAH EF SPRING GOLF Tournament.

The tournament promises a day filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and Texas Spring weather. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just looking for a fun day on the course, this event has been re-designed for all skill levels.

How to Register:
To secure your spot in the tournament or inquire about sponsorship opportunities, please visit our the PAH Golf page for registration details. Spaces are limited, so we encourage early registration to guarantee your participation.   Registration will open on Tuesday February 4th at 9:00AM CST.  This event sells out every year and we only have limited space for teams and sponsors.  Don't miss out on this incredible event!

Your sponsorship not only ensures the success of the event but also contributes to the mission of the PAH EF.  Listed below are all our sponsorship opportunities that will be available starting on February 4th 2025, at 9am CST.  

By becoming a sponsor, you'll receive valuable exposure to our diverse audience, both on and off the course. From prominent signage to recognition in event materials, we ensure that your support is acknowledged and appreciated.

Platinum Tournament Sponsor - $6,500 (4 Available)

• As the tournament, your company’s name will be on sponsorship signage, which will be prominently displayed at the tournament sign in area and award ceremony.  
• You will also be listed on the PAH Golf website as the tournament sponsor for the event.
• Company logo on the screens that will keep score.
• Tournament entry for Two (2) Four-person golf teams on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  

• As the Tournament wristband sponsor, your company logo/name will be on all player wristbands.
• Your logo would be included on signage at registration and during award dinner presentation and 110' TV Screen during kick off and awards ceremony. 
• Tournament Entry for one (1) four-person golf team on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  

• Logo to be displayed on every team photo handled out to each foursome on the course.
• Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf team on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  .

• As trackman sponsor your company will be the hosting the Watch This! team at a tent on the course.  The trackman system will upload everyone's contact information as they come to the hole their swing speed, distance, and other metrics will be provided to them via the trackman website. 
• Following the event, you will receive all the stats to distribute to the participating individuals. 
• Your logo and company information will be present on the Trackman website for all individuals to view.

• Company Logo will be included every scoring tablet (one per course)
• Company logo on banners, rule sheets, and 110' TV Screen during kick off and awards ceremony.
• Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf team on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  

• Logo to be displayed on pin flags (one sponsor per course)
• Sponsor allowed to keep the pin flags after the tournament
• Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf teams to play on the course your company is sponsoring.

• Logo and company recognition on the post tournament award ceremony. 
• Tournament entry for one (1) four-person golf teams on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  

• As Happy Hour Sponsor your company would be one of the prime sponsor for the happy hour portion of the evening between golf and dinner. 
• Your logo would be included on signage at registration and during award dinner presentation and 110 TV Screen during kick off and awards ceremony. 
• Logo on cocktail Napkins at Bar
• You are welcome to provide marketing items at the bar
• Tournament Entry for one (1) four-person golf team on the Island, Lake or Forest Courses.  . 

• As the drink cart sponsor, you will be given a golf cart to drive around the course that you can stock with whatever beverages you would like as well as provide any marketing material for the cart.

• As a an on course tent sponsors you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the golf course.  Provide snacks- hot or cold food (no trailer), make a cocktail*, play a game, give away prizes, your choice.

  • **All alcoholic beverages must come from Kingwood country club**
  • An order form will be distributed after you sign up to order any alcoholic beverages. 

• As a an on course cooker sponsors you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the golf course with your cook trailer.  Provide hot onsite- cooked food, make a cocktail*, play a game, give away prizes, your choice.

Registration Tent Sponsor- $1,100

• Set up a tent during registration from 7:00am-9:30am
• Be put right by registration in the grass area

• As a Tiger Drive Tent Sponsor you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the course and host the tiger drive contest at your hole.
• You and your team will help the PAH EF riase money for the scholarship fund by collecting money at your tent for the game.

• As the drink cart sponsor, you will be given a golf cart to drive around the course that you can stock with whatever beverages you would like as well as provide any marketing material for the cart.

Chick-Fil-A Cart Sponsor - $2500 - Deerwood Course

• Sponsor the chick-fil-a cart that will be driving around the Deerwood Course
• Ability to provide two individuals to drive the cart and hand out sandwiches to golfers
• Ability to provide signage on the cart
• recognition during check in when letting golfers know about the food option

• As a an on course tent sponsors you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the golf course.  Provide snacks, hot or cold food (No trailer*), make a cocktail*, play a game, give away prizes, your choice.

• As a an on course cooker sponsors you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the golf course.  Provide a large cook trailer near the Deerwood Club House and serve hot cooked food, make a cocktail*, play a game, give away prizes, your choice.

• Logo displayed on signage in the raffle room.

Registration is non-refundable once purchased, no funds will be returned once registration is confirmed through the website.   No Rain Checks for Future Events
